  • Shipping Schedule: Once your order is processed, the journey to your doorstep begins without unnecessary delay. You can expect your item to leave our facility within 24-48 hours if placed on a weekday.
  • Weekend Orders: Should you decide to shop with us during the weekend or a holiday, rest assured that your order is a priority come Monday (or the next business day). Any purchases made on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday are dispatched within the next two business days, keeping the wait to a minimum.
  • Shipping Carriers and Methods: We partner with USPS and UPS to offer you a range of shipping methods. You'll have the option to choose the speed and service that suits your needs at checkout. If your purchase qualifies for free shipping, Lady Conceal reserves the option to choose the carrier.
  • Shipping Notifications: We keep you in the loop. Once your item is on its way, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your purchase's progress to your door.
  • Package Responsibility: Please note that once packages are picked up from our warehouse in Golden, CO, they are out of our control. If your shipment is delayed or you haven't received your package in a timely manner, we recommend contacting USPS or the relevant carrier directly for further assistance.
  • Free Shipping Policy: Free standard shipping applies to U.S. orders and is fulfilled via USPS Ground Advantage. Expedited shipping options are not included, and Lady Conceal reserves the right to select the shipping carrier. Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. This offer only applies when there is an active promotion.
  • Pre-Orders: Your order will only be prepared to ship once the pre order item arrives at our facility. If your order contains additional items that are currently in stock, they will be held and shipped together when the pre order item becomes available. If you need the in stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Please note, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or misdelivered packages once they have left our facility. Promotional discount codes, when offered, cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated. Free shipping offers are limited-time only and subject to change without notice.   • International Shipping Policy

    Lady Conceal is pleased to offer international shipping on select orders. All international packages are shipped via trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

    Please note the following important information regarding international shipments:

    • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, tariffs, and value-added taxes (VAT) required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are collected separately by your local customs authority or carrier at the time of delivery.

    • Customs Clearance: Delivery times may vary depending on the customs process in your country. Lady Conceal is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.

    • Refused Shipments: If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or fees, the cost of return shipping and any additional charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

    • Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details to avoid delivery issues or delays.

    By placing an international order with Lady Conceal, you agree to accept and pay any applicable import duties, taxes, and fees required by your country.
