About Pre-orders

Thank you for choosing to reserve an upcoming Lady Conceal item. By placing a pre order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Estimated Arrival Dates
The date provided reflects the estimated arrival of the pre order item to our warehouse facility, not the date it will arrive at your home. This timeline is an estimate only and may change due to factors outside of our control, such as production delays, carrier constraints, holiday volume, or unforeseen supply chain issues. We make every effort to meet these estimates, but arrival times cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Your Order
Your order will only be prepared to ship once the pre order item arrives at our facility. If your order contains additional items that are currently in stock, they will be held and shipped together when the pre order item becomes available. If you need the in stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Payment
Payment for pre order items is collected at the time the order is placed in order to reserve your item. This ensures we allocate inventory specifically for you when the shipment arrives.

Cancellations and Changes
You may cancel your pre order at any time prior to shipment for a full refund. Once the order ships, our standard return policy will apply.
